The residents of N 17 building of Baghaberd district in Kapan will get compensation of 2,5-5 million drams for the losses in consequence of the water pipe accident occurred on November 2.
The money amount depends on the volume of the damaged property, apartment surface and damage degree. To arrange the compensation more productively, the authorities are now specifying the damage extent with the Armenian Water and Sewerage Company.
There is no electricity in the above building yet. The energy supply is not restored for security reasons. The owners of the apartments cannot return home yet.
