Two-day conference on the theme “The influence of the Constitutional reforms on the post-communist transformation” was organized by the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe and Yerevan Brusov State University of Languages and Social Sciences.
Attaching importance to the university’s activeness, Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotyan stressed that the constitutional reforms package of Armenia conducts two discussions – legal and political, and it is important for him that Armenia passes all the stages of perception of the Constitution, and society realizes the need of the reforms for the country’s further development.
Chairman of the Constitutional Court, Member of Bureau of the Venice CommissionGagik Harutyunyan noted that the issue of conducting constitutional reforms in Armenia is very urgent.
