The gas talks running in Brussels have wrapped up. According to the reached agreement, Ukraine and Europe will get blue fuel until next March.
During a phone conversation the heads of Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine discussed the situation in Ukraine and welcomed signing of the Brussels document on gas. The Russian and Ukrainian governments immediately passed to practical steps.
Besides that, the Russian government intends to reduce the gas price for Ukraine by 100 dollars. The gas tariff will be 378 dollars per 1,000 cubic meters. This price is not final, but only for the coming 5 years. Ukraine should gain a new agreement.
