President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan wrapped up his official visit to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The Armenian President left for the Baptism Site of Jesus Christ located on the bank of the Jordan River. The President toured in the Christian sanctuary and made a note in the book of honorary guests.
Serzh Sargsyan, accompanied by the Armenian Patriarch of Jerusalem, the Jordanian Religious Leader, the Secretary-General of the Jordanian Prelacy and the National Association of Local Councils, representatives of the Armenian community and the members of the presidential delegation, visited Saint Karapet Church.
Concluding the official visit to Jordan, the delegation headed by President Serzh Sargsyan returned to Yerevan.
