The opening ceremonies of two new and important institutions, on the 21st anniversary of liberating the Kovsakan town, Qashatagh Region, NKR, marked the day.
The aid station with 4 main furnished departments, with up-to-date facilities, will be the center the people of the region need.
And a kindergarten was inaugurated aiming at maintaining high-quality education and leisure for the healthy generation. Over 60 kids are expected to attend it. The President of the second Armenian state participated in the event.
The projects designed and implemented by the government for the liberated territories of Artsakh (NKR) are a shared joy for the whole Republic. The arrival of guests from the capital and different regions on this and other occasions and the general festivity are the best proofs for this.
