The Composers’ Union of Armenia came up with a new initiative. From October 31 to November 3 the Modern Armenian music festival will be held and the pieces by contemporary Armenian composers will be performed at the Yerevan concert halls, composed after 2000’s.
The idea brought together not only the philharmonic, youth, chamber orchestras, but also acclaimed soloists from different countries. Tigran Mansourian speaks out about the main concern, on behalf of his generation, on how to face the globalization dangers.
