PM Hovik Abrahamyan presented the 2015 State Budget draft at the National Assembly.
At the joint session of the standing parliamentary committees the Prime Minister stressed that the state budget draft has a clear social orientation, almost half of the total volume of the expenditures, 47,9 %, is comprised of social and cultural expenses.
The state expenditures for 2015 for educational, social defense and healthcare systems only will make up AMD 596.5 billion, which exceeds the 2014 level for AMD 25, 7 billion.
The defense, the protection of social order and national security will comprise 21,4 %of the total expenditures.
