The Pickle festival organized in Hadrut, NKR, was another opportunity to admire the diversity of the Armenian cuisine.
The cycle of festivals of Armenian BBQ, wine, dolma and other Armenian meals was replenished with a pickle festival. In Drakhtik village only, hosting the event, they make around 60 kinds of pickle.
The first guests of the would-be traditional pickle festival were the Artsakh establishment, honored foreign guests and friends of the country.
All the pickle jugs were open for the guests. Bako Sahakyan, the President of NKR, was delighted to taste the rich variety of traditional and non-usual pickle.
