A new grave has been uncovered in Dilijan, not yet studied by the scientists. It was here that the “Redkin Lager” famous archeological site had been uncovered previously.

The accidentally uncovered grave in territories close to Dilijan show anew that the site on Aghstev river bank is not exhausted for new revelations and there is much to bring fom here to archeology.
The findings from here are dated back to the transition period from the late Bronze Age to early Iron Age. In Soviet times as a result of the Piatrovskiy excavations the site was described as not only an interesting and rich one, but also became a basis for more precise dates for some of the Transcaucasian monuments.
