While on an official visit to the northern regions of the Republic President Serzh Sargsyan participated in an event at the yard of late actor Mher Mkrtchyan’s house.
The head of the state was present at the opening ceremony of the newly built educational complex funded by “Oyunjian” Foundation.
The newly inaugurated college is due to have singing, dancing, painting, sculpture and other specialized classes, as well as its gallery and concert hall. The Culture Minister says the newly opened college is a great combination of an ordinary and arts schools. After the main classes the students will be immediately transferred to the field of arts education.
After Shirak region President Sargsyan headed to Lori region. He visited the Spitak poultry plant, got familiarized with the investments, the plant activity and development projects.
