Weather changes are serious reasons of concern for Kapan residents. Not in terms of agriculture, but considering one of the schools of the town.
Kapan main school number 1 is in a sad state. The teachers got tired of speaking about the inefficiency of teaching at plain and unattractive auditoriums. Now there are more concerns about the children’s security. School walls are about to collapse at any moment. There is no floor with parquet not being destroyed.
The bases of the 3-floor building are more and more shaky. The wooden rebars are the only thing to keep the wall and the ceiling together. With the fall rains the fight against the flood starts at the school.
