Last week world-renowned celebrity Montserrat Caballe was in Artsakh, the NKR. That was the prima soprano’s second time in our country. Last year, Caballe was included in the Baku black-list after visiting Karabakh. Thus Baku hoped to prevent the singer and other figures from visiting Artsakh. But the plan was not only failed, but also the singer returned to Artsakh just after a year since visiting it for the first time. This time she was with her family, and she had a great concert in Stepanakert.
Stepanakert, Vatican City and Jerusalem are the 3 cities, where Montserrat Caballe always wants to return to.
The singer confessed that “this island of Christianity” will always remain in her soul, as all the feelings she had in Artsakh are too important for her.
