The Parliamentary Four Days Session is over, but the MPs still continue working. It was a briefings’ day at the National Assembly.
Hovhannes Margaryan, the LCP faction MP came to meet the journalists with some documents, with a recent order by the Minister of Finance, in his hand.
It states no checking will be carried out at small and medium enterprise sectors for the upcoming months before the Law on Circulation Tax finally finds its solution. Not considering the risky cases. The MP says the oppositional initiative of making this tax voluntary failed at the four days session.
They are unhappy with the result as they did not manage to make it possible for the enterprises to pay either the 1 % tax and document the goods, or continue paying the 3,5 % tax, now in force.
