The third day of the Parliament Four Day Session was busy. It was hot mostly because of the Circulation Tax Law. The Political forces are far from finding common grounds on what to do with the Law already enacted.
The opposition members used to regularly meet the representatives of the small and medium enterprise protesting in front of the National Assembly building. The MPs assured they are pursuing their claims.
An urgent conference was held at the office of the NA Chairmn with the participation of all the political forces. It was decided to later discuss the issue with the Government representative.
The PM personally answered the Prosperous Armenia Party's question on the law. The PM said before adopting the law many debates had been held. He believes some forces deliberatly misinterpret the amendments in the law to the protesters.
The PM says the new order will help them to reduce the black market and fully tax the big players.
The Parliament continued the debate on the 2013 Report by the Public Televison and Radio Company today. Rouben Jaghinyan answered around two dozens of questions by the deputies.
Artak Davtyan, the head of the Science and the Education Commitee of the NA, stated that the Public TV fulfilled its mission as a trendsetter, the restyling in broadcasting is obvious, the goals and the issues are clearly defined.
