In Yerevan the residents gathered clothes, food, medicine, covers, and toiletries to send it all to the Yezidis of northern Iraq, who had to flee from the ISIS and find themselves striving for their lives.
The idea to materially support the Yezidis comes from “Help The Yezidis” civil initiative.
Many of the Yerevan residents shared the pain of the fraternal nation, the youth, pensioners, and students helped it:
It is the second month the ISIS terrorist group members attack the Yezidi populated areas in the north of Iraq. Hundreds of thousands of Yezidis had to leave their settlements, take shelter in safer places in Syria and Turkey.
