Last week the society’s focus was school-building, again. But not in terms of newly built and exploited comfortable schools, but absolutely the opposite, i.e, the school having been under construction for years with no end being see. Plus, you have a totally sub-quality construction, deadlines unmet, work not done, and, most probably, money misappropriated.
Slavik Davtyan, the director of N1 Crafts School has been searching for the constructors who had quitted the renovation, but he was not able to find them.
He says they still try to eliminate the renovation results – the notorious constructors connected some copper to some old aluminium, and it was ok for just several months. They had to bring in other wires from outside.
The lost constructors had closed all the air-conditioners in the building, even those in the toilets. And the tiling was totally useless months after the renovation.
