The outcome of the efforts by June 1, 2014, within the “The Management and the Competitiveness of the Agricultural Resources of the Communities” loan program were summed up. This World Bank program provides water to pastures and agricultural engineering to cooperatives.
The duration of the program is 5 years, total cost is over USD 21 million.
Those in charge of the program implementation see the outcome of the village development and agricultural resources management issues from different perspective. In the beginning it was considered to increase the milking and the meat-giving capacities for 25 – 30 percents.
The World Bank program is to wrap up in 2016. Afterwards the experience of joint work and no financial accountability are left for the villagers.
