Based on another long-awaited bill the border villages became special free economoic zones.
The State is ready to give taxation privileges to those who live under Azerbaijani fire and start businesses in border villages.
Another issue on the agenda was the marzpet (governor) appointment for Syunik Region. The Region is going to further be governed by Surik Khachatryan who had previously occupied this position for a long time.
