The 5th “Armenia - Diaspora” Conference was wrapped up. At the closing ceremony President Serzh Sargsyan emphasized, that the Armenian people now face the World with their independent Armenia, their independent Artsakh (NKR), and powerful Diaspora. Armenia is pursuing and striving in strengthening its relations with the Diaspora. In the modern world the biggest test for the Armenian statehood is the organization of the daily life.
And the Conference is, surely, becoming a unique event for bringintogether the Armenian national organizational potential, and its efficient implementation.
This year the remarks and proposals are summarized into on key aim, which is to reclaim our rights as the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide approaches.A joint statement was made in the end, the upcoming seven priorities were set.
