Scotland was about to settle one of its most important issues for the last 300 years. To leave or not to leave the UK.
The last polls show the cons and pros for the independence were almost equal. At 7am, local time, the 2.600 polling stations were open. The permanent adult residents of Scotland were eligible for voting. The experts dare not to predict the outcome, but the discussions over possible independence condition never cease.
Everybody is curious what should be expected for the region. One thing is clear – in case Scotland leaves the UK, the Scots will start it from scratch.
