The schedule for the President’s visit in Shirak Region was pretty tough. The head of the state was at reopened “Gyumri – 2” substation of the “High Voltage Power Plant.” He visited the inauguration of the Gyumri Football Federation.
After Gyumri visit President Sargsyan was in Ashotsk, to take part in the opening ceremony of the newly built community school. In Amasia the President was briefed on the construction process of a culture and sports center, being built as a part of the social investments program.
At “Lentex” Company the President saw the restoration of the old textile industry traditions through the work, activity and development programs of the company.
The “Lentex” production is successfully consumed in both Armenia and NKR, exported to France, Georgia, Russia, UAE. The company built a new industrial area with a 600 million AMD investment. Now the production is more competitive.
