The Saint Virgin Church of Shirak’s Dzithankov community is reopened. The church was abandoned in years of the Soviet atheism.
The church was anointed, the benefactor and the believers were blessed by Bishop Michael rev. Ajapahyan, Head of the Diocese.
The benefactor is Rustam Stepanyan born in Dzithankov, now Moscow-based. The 26-year-old young businessman made it possible for the church to resurrect. It was the greatest present not only to his father, but also to all the compatriots.
