Today the constitutional reforms were the focus of the parliamentary briefings. It was found out there were differences within the Group of Four.
The Prosperous Armenia Party leader just said it was early to talk about changes, with no concept in vision yet. The faction Secretary announced today now it was not the right time for those changes. The RPA Head mentioned the opinions differ from the PAP leader to its parliamentary faction.
The constitutional changes are thought untimely within the PLC, as well. The ANC is also against them. The Heritage Party will discuss the issue at its council on October 16.
