Today the Chair of the National Assembly of Armenia expressed his gratitude to the Greek Parliament for adopting the bill criminalizing the denial of the Armenian Genocide.
Later on the NA adopted the Bill on Administrative Transgressions in the first reading with 100 votes for, no votes against, and 6 votes abstaining. The bill offers to regulate the procedure of notifying the drivers, in case of administrative infringements. The bill states it that the notification shall be considered received only in case of the signature by the addressee is put on it.
The Legislature debated also the Bill “On Amending the RA Law on Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts,” which offers the banks or the loan organizations to arrest the clients’ assets only in the amount, mentioned in the decisions by the Enforcement Body.
