After joining the Eurasian Economic Union Armenia, jointly with Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan will have better chances to fight the business infringements and abuse. This was the statement by the Armenian antimonopoly body chief officer in Saint-Petersburg.
Armenian advocates of the economic competitiveness discussed the issues of joint checking and monitoring with their Russian colleagues during the “Competitiveness Day” international conference in Russia’s northern capital and at intergovernmental council session of the Commonwealth Countries later on.
Artak Shaboyan, the Chair of the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition of Republic of Armenia said during the meeting that due to closer cooperation it will be possible to prevent the breaches by economic entities registered in other states in each other’s markets without complicated proceedings.
