Public information over constitutional reforms is over both in local and regional stages. The committee of the experts has offered it for consideration.
According to constitutional expert Gevorg Danielyan, the reforms offer “responsible positions” to the parliamentary minorities in service providing control.
In political system the option of compromise is offered. The kind of option which will not contribute to the reproduction of the authorities, will address the stabilization and improvement of the political system.
The discussions on the new draft for the basic law started on May 20, 2014. During a three-month period work the experts committee for the reforms had meetings with the political parties of Armenia, organized public hearings in all the regions and with different circles of experts. The document is already ready for the upcoming Venice Committee discussion in Paris.
