The NATO secret meeting has started in the Great Britain with participation of the leaders of 28 member states. According to the organizers formulation, the pivotal question of the meeting will be the Russian aggression against Ukraine. The main problem discussed at the Meeting in Chicago was that of Afghanistan. Russia was considered a partner in the struggle against terrorists and in the prohibition of spread of nuclear weapon. Meanwhile, now NATO considers Russia to be an enemy because of annexation of Crimea and intrusion in Eastern Ukraine.
The second topic to be discussed is measures to prevent the Islamic State group development.
