The presidents of Ukraine and Russia discussed on the phone the situation in the South-Eastern Ukraine. After the conversation, the Ukrainian leader Petro Poroshenko declared a permanent ceasefire in Donbas. Later the press-service of the President of Ukraine announced that as a result of that conversation the presidents of the two countries had agreed not on the permanent ceasefire, but on a ceasefire regime.
